1. Join the 2012 Track & Field Officials Association ($45.00) using the notice below.

2. You must Attend the 2012 Annual New Rules Clinic in February hosted by the Colorado High School Coaches Association (colohsca.org) in Aurora OR attend a mandatory Satellite Clinic held around the State. See more information below under 2012 TRACK AND FIELD SATELLITE CLINICS.

3. Pass the National Federation ONLINE test every year http://arbitersports.com

2012 "OFFICIALS" ON-LINE TRACK & FIELD RULES TEST

The 2012 Track & Field Rules test must be taken on-line by all officials. The test window will "Open" on February 4, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. "Mountain Time". The test window will Close on April 29, 2012 at midnight.

You are highly encouraged to access the ARBITER site in January where the ONLINE test will be offered to make sure that you are able to access the site well in advance of the test to avoid difficulties.
